We do not negotiate around intermediaries. Your sell-side fee is your business. We deal with the seller on the commercial terms and with you on the process — as a professional to professional.

We are actively acquiring. If we work well together on one transaction, we want to continue that relationship. Good boutiques get access to our direct origination pipeline as well.

We request what we need — nothing more. Our due diligence is focused on the areas that actually affect value, and we do not use it as a stalling mechanism or price reduction tool.
